By accessing our website or purchasing a membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Label Vanlife World provides a curated global network of hand-certified vanlife spots accessible exclusively to paying members. The Service includes:
Property owners (farms, campsites, vineyards, eco-lodges) may apply for Label Vanlife World certification. The certification process, pricing, and conditions are described separately on the certification page.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to active members.
Currency note: Prices are displayed in EUR. If you pay with a card in another currency, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee. We are not responsible for these fees.
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason.

Important: By purchasing a digital membership, you acknowledge that we may begin providing the digital service immediately. If you explicitly consent to immediate access at checkout and the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal may not apply to fully consumed digital content. Please contact us at any time if you have concerns.
After the 14-day withdrawal period, refunds are granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g. technical issues preventing access to the Service). We will assess each request on a case-by-case basis.
You may cancel an annual subscription at any time by contacting hello@labelvanlife.world. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within an active billing period, except within the 14-day withdrawal window.

All content on labelvanlife.world, including but not limited to text, images, spot data, maps, logos, designs, and member card templates, is the exclusive intellectual property of Label Vanlife World and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Your membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service content for your own personal use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or create derivative works from any Service content without our prior written consent.
Label Vanlife World certifies spots based on criteria evaluated at the time of certification. However, we cannot guarantee that:
We recommend always verifying current conditions with the location owner before visiting. Label Vanlife World is not responsible for any inconvenience, loss, or damage resulting from a certified spot being unavailable, modified, or closed.
Users are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations regarding overnight parking, camping, and access when visiting any certified spot.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Consumers in the European Union retain all statutory rights granted by applicable consumer protection legislation, which are not affected by these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable international law.
For EU consumers, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.
We strongly encourage you to contact us first at hello@labelvanlife.world to resolve any dispute informally. We commit to responding to all complaints within 5 business days.
If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, EU residents may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
If court proceedings are necessary, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts as determined by applicable EU consumer law (which typically gives consumers the right to sue in their country of residence).
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify active members by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may cancel your membership before the effective date and request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your membership period.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.
