We DO certify: farms, orchards, vineyards, private land, rural B&Bs, eco-lodges, and proper campsites. We do NOT certify urban parking lots, city accommodations, or spots with no genuine outdoor/nature element.
Not at all — it takes about 15 minutes. It's a simple online form asking about your facilities (shower, water, toilets), your values as a host, and what makes your spot special for vanlifers. No technical requirements, no inspections. Just honest answers about your location.
Certification lasts 1 year and is renewable at €80 HT (a 20% loyalty discount off the standard €100 HT price). You'll receive an email reminder 30 days before your certification expires so you have plenty of time to renew.
Yes, absolutely. There is no long-term commitment beyond 1 year. If you choose not to renew, your listing is simply removed from the map at the end of your certification period. No hidden fees, no cancellation penalties.
You receive detailed, constructive feedback explaining exactly what to improve to qualify. If you've already paid (which only happens after approval), you receive a 100% refund. Our goal is to help every location succeed — rejection is always accompanied by a clear path to approval.
